These are a huge favourite of mine, a band that actually isn't from the 80s (80s British Metal is best Metal) but more recent.
They combine elements of Irish folk music, doom metal and black metal.

This is substantially better than I remember it being. It's no Halmstad, obviously, but it's still pretty solid depressive black metal.
