Late to the party but killing my first gold knight was really smurfing special. Also won against an invader and lost as an invader so pvp has certainly begun. Still no smurfing idea where I'm going or what I'm doing but I've picked up things by watching mates play and whenever I die too easily I know I'm heading in the wrong direction.
Probably should've used a shield but oh well.

Started playing again on PS3. Been helping with Gaping Dragon kills since that nets about 25K souls per depths clear. Went in like a high roller to progress onto Blighttown with my Charcoal Resined+10 Claymore and +10 Pyroglove and...
got killed to the tail-nub swipe after I sliced off the axe.
Hah! Getting hit by a cut-off tail is quite the accomplishment :p

...I have kinda mixed feelings about that. Invasions are totally fun and all, but yes... I gotta admit I've stayed hollow just to evade invasions in certain places that can be really hellish to get invaded in during the first playthrough. :p

Apparently Dark Souls PC is $7,50 on Steam RIGHT NOW. Only for a couple hours longer though, get it while it is the cheapest you'll ever get this masterpiece for.

But don't worry! I'll be getting a PS3 soon, and I'll be posting all my DeS stuff here (and eventually DkS2 deaths)
