Q24. How do you obtain Raybomb?

(SPOILER)Use a [Power Generator] item on Quistis. It's a Rare Mug from a Lv30+ Blitz, can be found in Lunatic Pandora, and by way of the PocketStation.

EDIT: Also, there's no such thing as Raybomb. The move used by Quistis and the X-ATM092 is Ray-Bomb.

(SPOILER)Ray-Bomb is learned by using a Power Generator item on Quistis, which is a rare drop from the Blitz monster I believe.
