I saw the interview you're speaking of. That wasn't obvious to me. What was obvious to me was that he HAD to give an interview, and that he'd probably been coached by his handlers on what to say and how to say it. The only reason he's "sorry" is because he got booed. If people cheered, he wouldn't claim to be sorry.

The only thing that seemed real to me during Leno's interview was when Leno said, "I've had the fortune to meet your [dead] mother. What would she think about this situation?"

Kanye didn't answer the question at all. But you could tell for a moment there that THAT hit him. THAT might have made him think sincerely about it.

People are judged based on their actions. How else would we judge them? When someone does something stupid in front of millions of people you don't think anyone should judge them for it? Mistake or not, it takes a lot of effort to do something like walk on stage, take the mic from someone, and make a speech. Several conscious decisions are involved there.

And it's not the only time he's done it!

So, there, that's what gives us the right to judge him. You do something stupid (multiple times especially) and people will believe you are stupid.
