Next time we might consider an approach where every step is sent to the stack's "owner" at the same time it's passed on. When I complete my A I send it to BoB and Lev, when I complete my B I send it to BoB and Proto, and so on. Eliminates at least some of the waiting.

A went off the beaten path almost immediately. Writing descriptions must be hard; I felt a lot better on my accuracy when having to doodle something versus having to textually convey it.
