Rantz: if you believe that Jiro is just screwing around and isn't trying to be competitive, then he's probably telling to truth. If you think he's a sneaky bastard, you should vote lie (although if you think he's a super ultra mega sneaky bastard, it might go back to truth). I recommend a lie vote.
