Squall, definitely.
I don't know what this Final Fantasy VIII game is. After all, it never existed. However, if it DID exist, I would vote for Selphie.
Squall. He's the Jay Cutler of FF characters.

I love how each vote comes down right to the wire.
Sarcasm?
Oh well, hopfully it's still fun anyways!
About an hour and a half left on the FFVIII tournament, and we'll kick this one off.

As far as stories... I mean it's a fighting game, does it matter?
Jun was in Tekken 2, and she was like the pure maiden type. Then she apparently had a baby with the guy who turns in to a devil and they named him Jin. They she was supposedly killed by Ogre before Tekken 3. They brought her back for the Tekken Tag games, where she's become more of the stoic type.
Ling Xiaoyu made her debut in Tekken 3 and has been in pretty much all Tekken games since. She has a crush on Jin, Jun's son. She also has a friend panda bear named... Panda, and she wants to build an amusement park.
So 48 hours to vote!
Also, after this I'm going to start putting TWO BRACKETS every 48 hours, so that the tournament doesn't take forever. You'll still have 48 hours, just with two people to vote for!
Jun. we need more lady stoics.
Oh yeah, I forgot to vote for Squall :p
As for Tekken, I've not played since for ever, and all the characters tend to blur. I'll have to think about this one.
And the FFVIII round one is over! Squall emerges victorious with a score of 6-2

my voteSquall
Next time he will go up against Zell to see who will win the FFVIII bracket, and the winner will go up against Tifa!

This is a hard one.
I think I like Jun's personality more. But Xiayou has a panda...
Looks like a few people need to think this one over
Xiaoyu for me.
I like using both characters, but I like using Xiaoyu a little more.
As for their stories...I mean....yeah they have a story, but who gives a trout? Let's get to the fighting!
