I'm gonna say Kraid, in the Chozo Temple.
lol kraid
Yes, but where was he going to appear? Chozo Temple is wrong, but the background of Kishly's picture is a big hint =(
EDIT : Here's that room for you, it's my Super Metroid ROM and a .zmv movie of me trying to jump it with the High Jump Boots, failing, and then doing it without. I got it mixed up the with Yapping Maw room, but it still has spikes under the water in the second pool >_>

If that's Phazon Mines (hinted at by the Mushrooms) that would be a big WTF. Yes it's the low low caves of the game, but it's way too late for a Kraid fight.
Kraid was suggested to originally be a while before the Omega Pirate fight, or actually replace him, but as was said, he was taken out probably because there was more background to the Omega Pirate at the time.
Now that that question is answered...
How can you get 101% in Metroid Prime 2?
Easy.
When you first gain the Missile Launcher outside the GFM ship, if you instead blow up the crate, glitch the cutscene, then blow up the crate again, you can get two Missile Launchers. Combine that with the other 99% of the items in the game, you get 101%.
Yes, your turn.
What extras appeared in the Japanese version of Metroid Fusion, when compared to the NTSC/U and PAL versions of the game?
An ending image gallery and more endings.
There's more than just that.
Samus Masturbating furiously!
That's Super Metroid X Volleyball, ed, not Fusion.
- Not really an "extra," but the "Fusion" in the title logo was changed slightly.
- Easy and Hard Modes were added.
- Child Mode, in which all the game's text is rendered in easy-to-read kana, was added. The version with kanji and Roman letters was naturally called Adult Mode.
- Six new ending pictures with generally sloppy-looking artwork were added, and one from the original version was removed.
- A Gallery to view the endings you've achieved was added.
