Garnet is my favourite Final Fantasy girl. She's naive and innocent, but she is everything a Princess should be. Reina from FFV is another favourite of mine. :)

Adult (20 and older)
I don't have a favorite child or pre-teen, but my favorite teenage girl is Yuffie, and my favorite adult girl is Tifa.
