Yeah, anybody in here listen to Love Line? that show will scare you onto the strait and narrow, wholly monogamous path, with complete and total reverence for the act and for whoever you choose to do it with.
Love Line, for those who don't listen, is a sex and drug based radio show, starring Dr. Drew Pinsky, addiction specialist. It is filled with three types of people.
1) Druggies
2) Jackass college guys who want to know why their boy don't function right after they slept with that "girl who's name started with an N"
3) Girls who lost their virginity through rape, molestation, or a guy who obviously didn't respect the act.
#3 is what scares me. because every last one of them, EVERY one, was screwed up by their first sexually active boyfriend. When you see how the event can ping around and completely destroy their entire emotional center, you gain a healthy respect for the power of sex.
I lost my virginity at 18, to my girlfriend of two years. i had let her know a long time before we actually did how I felt, and that i was ready when she was. I went so far as to actually stop her on so many occassions i can't even remember them all, because even though she was telling me yes, I could tell she was still nervous and worried. When it actually did happen, it was good, it was calm, relaxing, very fulfilling, and it's never caused either of us problems in any sense, and i'm very happy it went down as it did.
