Well I gotta say it's a nice sig...both of them.The word could be more blend it but still it's a really great sig..Man you all are getting further and further than me in sig making =| Anyway nice one there Good Luck.

although now i see how much you've improved! it really shows...
of all your sigs this one's my fave, although the text to right is a liiiiittle too blurred... it's kinda hard to read... but nothing big so don't worry too much... but just so you know for future sigs! :D;)

on the last two i like the main one more, the blending is awesome in both and so are the effects... although the silver thingy on the second one is a biiit annoying...i think it's better to leave faces alone...although there are exceptions, but in general... and i also see that you used a quote from final fantasy IX, that's good... quotes are easy to work with and often end up great :D just a tip ;) although personally I would have use it in an FFIX sig :p but that's just me :p
and another thing i've noticed is that you rarely (almost never actually) use borders... try using them more and just experiment, GO WILD :D at least that way you get to try alot of things... you can't get better until you know whats bad right :D? weeell enough of my rambling for now

I know why you don't like it :p The two backgrounds you created doesn't match and the colours too! I don't know but it seems like you made half sig with a brush and the other with filters! An advice everytime you make a bg you may combine filters and brushes, actually you should do that but not appart! What I made with my 'UTIS' sig was play with the render through filters, so you can spray the Squall render all over the banner and play with it! ;) That's a nice brushless way to start! :D Hope I helped ^^

and again borders... i like the two lines coming from the lower left corner but you should try adding a border... it adds alot to a image if done well... and yeah the colors didn't quite match and just like you said for yourself... it seemd to alck some effects... making the sig very dull... if a sig becomes too dull i usually add more text, if I can't think of anything else of course :p, that way at least it becomes more interesting... but it's okay otherwise with the blending and all... oh but the text is not good sorry... way too plain... try adding at least ONE effect to it...
