The answer is likely seen in Midgar first, then in other areas.

Hidden secrets, and I still am
The answer is still there, yet it contains hidden secrets.

But not as much
The secrets that the answer holds is still there but "not as much".

I'm not sure...... I forgot to give my answer as my previous post was my analysis. My guess: the Potion item, it looses it's potency, you see it often, although I'm not sure about the 'hidden secrets'.
