I think we should skip. If you think about it it would be weird when he came back if we temp. replaced him!

He was! I don't think he will come back in time before the end of this round. If he does return, I think it should be up to Mo or yourself to decide what to do.
A substitute should have to remain until the end of the game. Isn't really fair for them to have, essentially, six members. Regardless of whether or not someone can't make it. Even if they were informed of it beforehand.
