Adorned and beautified, it's description is " spear adorned with beautiful gems" or something like that...
but not weak. it's not the weakest spear (javelin is weaker, maybe mythril spear too... but at least javelin i'm sure of)

I am a part of something. if you look up partisan in a dictionary (or wikipedia would probably be good too) it's meaning is to be a part of something (i think it's origins are greek or latin but i don't remember which...

in the balkans with Tito. same as before look it up on wikipedia (it's by far the easiest way to understand), VERY LONG story made VERY SHORT, Tito was a leader in Former Yugoslavia (hence Balkan Peninsula "balkans"), and during the 2nd world war he made a resitance faction (later it became an entire army) to fight the germans occupying Yugoslavia, which was called the partisan army, and another meaning of the word "partisan" is someone who's a part of a faction or resistance movement... but enough of that... look it up if you want to know more, as said wikipedia should sum it up quite well...

and doesn't she want like three ore or something like that? and you meet the friendly yeti before her (if you encounter every friendly monster through the course of the game) which could be the sasquatch thingy...

The ore is used in lots of syntheses, so thats why it uses them to make lots of things. She wants three, and you see her after Yeti (sasquatch).

Well, in the riddle you make believe that
the "I" person makes the stuff. That's kind of foul.
