Yeah, could be. But this is a possible scenario if you really are mafia:
You DID get Filch's result night two. From Ron, the Mafia Cop. Ron died as a result, and one of the kills didn't go off like it was supposed to, or the other killing faction aimed at Ron. You sacrificed your Godfather to gain the town's trust, and then said you got Filch's result night three, after the cop was already dead. So when Filch dies, you look innocent.
...or Filch is mafia.
...or there's something that kept you alive and you're telling the truth.
ANYTHING could have happened. But if the town is so certain you're lying scum, then they should lynch you first is what I think.
Personally, I can't think of any reason why you would still be alive.

I'm not going to Vote for Filch because he's innocent. I'm not going to do what others do and go, nice knowing you, *Vote self*. That just leaves a random vote which seems pointless.
