Where's DS442? I'm sure Phoenix Ash got it right.
It is the Contain materia.
Its function is not actually containing anything per se, but instead gives you four powerful elemental spells that may cause status effects. You get it by feeding the chocobo in Mideel and scratching its ear.
Good job, Phoenix Ash!

Well it's been a long time since I was posting in this thread, I have no idea what sort of riddles have been going on, but here goes:
Two stand alone, or maybe three, can't tell if thats a fake you see.
For if it is, she moves damn quick, ignore that though, stay on topic.
The question here asks you to name, the only pure ones in the game.
Though thinking back you may suspect, that of the two one's not correct.
But lets ignore the chance that she, has had cosmetic surgery.
I'm my perverted mind, all I can think is Tifa. I'll refrain from the reasons.
That logic (unless you have a very abstract mind) is probably part of the riddle, but it's much more complicated than that.
Wait, what's the answer about? Do you want the fast fake person who is allegedly female and has had cosmetic surgery? Or do you want the other two? Do you want them all? Like, are they the Turks? I doubt it, though.
The question is in the riddle, it actually says it specifically. The other lines are just clues. This is a probably a very hard riddle by the way.
I'm not really entirely sure where to point my pin, but im going with Aeris and Tifa. Yuffie has high dexterity, which, is related it seems, to speed in the game (Speed Source raises dexterity).
Yuffie has many connotations with fakeness in the game - and well...she does move damn quick (is dextrous)Quote:

So that pretty much leaves the other two i guess, and maybe either Aeris or Tifa's (proooobably Tifa methinks) anatomical structure seems a bit disproportional in some parts :) ...maybe ive pinned the tail on the nose of the donkey? Well, It was worth a try :)
Very good guess. It's hard to say what was wrong with it without giving too much away. I'll say that you got a fair amount right, but a fair amount wrong. Overall though nowhere near the solution.
Are you talking about the thing with Don Corneo? The fake "She" is Cloud, and the two pure girls are Tifa and Aeris.
Not a bad guess, though take line three a lot more to heart. I'll give the clue that there are arguably three answers required here, but only two are referred to directly in the riddle, the link between them is the key to the third.
DAMN this is confusing

I saw your post in this thread, PA, and I thought I'd give it a crack. Turns out the only thing I could crack was my knuckles. :p Here's my reasoning anyways.
There are two of these so-called pure ones.
The connection between the two leads to the third possibly fake one.
One of the two pure ones may or may not have had cosmetic surgery.
They all seem to be female.
... Aren't all three referred to in the riddle?
I have one train of thought that is trying to connect Aeris, Ifalna, and Jenova, and another trying to connect Aeris, Tifa, and Cloud in a non Don Corneo way, and another train telling me to eat some food. I'm hopping on the last one until more hints or smarter people arrive. :D
Hehe, good old days.
Okay not bad, but think about what I've said, cosmetic surgery is not a random detail. Neither is my use of the word pure. Okay I'll give a few more lines.
Suppose we may have started wrong, beginning with the three.
Let us for now instead discuss, the ones it cannot be.
Those in the forces they're straight out, you see it in there eyes.
We cannot count the tested ones, now in their roots it lies.
A few more left to be ignored, but I'll leave those out for now.
For you can work them out you see, the question though is how?
