Vincent, as being able to transform into a monster is really cool

I would be sephiroth, because he killed aeris, which was awesome.

Cloud! He's awesome and he has a big sword. But that's not the best bit. The best bit is that Aeris, Tifa, Yuffie, Barret, Kotch, Priscilla, Mukki and possibly Mr. Dolphin are all in love with him!
Cid. He's a pilot, wields a spear, and uses jump techniques.
