Where is Jiro?

He hasn't posted in nearly a month and I think people are really starting to notice his absence. I should probably know what's up, but I haven't seen him in quite some time as I've been in Africa for the past month.
It seems he went AWOL around the end of the gangwars, but does anyone have any idea why? If not I'll try to hunt him down this weekend. It's weird, usually he's impossible to find IRL, but is always here, what's going on?

If you don't know where he is, you can use this thread to speculate and/or post what you miss now that there is this lack of Dak around here!

I haven't seen him since I started the photo competitions.

You will get a picture from me by the 10th, I'm just not sure what it will be of yet... maybe one of Jiro! He's usually pretty colourful, and I'd get bonus points for such a current rarity!

I hate to be the one to say this, but... he's dead.

He's gone, we made him happy once but thats over now and the spark is gone. And rather than trying to reignite the flames from the ashes of a dead relationship he's moved on and has now found a younger, sexier Final Fantasy forum with which to fill with his meaty posts.

But I think we get half his stuff as long as the staff had foresight enough to make him sign a premodual agreement before they made him a ck

The last time I talked to Dak was on July 6th when he,briefly, came in chat. The conversation went like this:

[23:28] [Jiro] The power cord should be somewhere around here...

[23:34] [Jiro] IT WONT PLUG IN

[23:34] [Jen] what exactly is the issue?
[23:34] [Jen] are you missing a piece of the power supply?
[23:34] [Jiro] No just the plug won't go into the laptop
[23:35] [Jen] that's what I mean

And then he was gone. He popped his head into chat 2 days later but did not say anything. At the same time as this I saw that he was on the forum, so I sent him a message but he has not opened that message. I miss him very much. He is the good boy I never got to raise ^^

He's sent me a couple of emails to give me feedback on my writing, and commented on a couple of my LJ/Google Plus posts. I think the last I heard from him was about a week ago.

Edit: Never mind, he was on my G+ yesterday. xD I just assume he's been busy with... whatever Jiros are busy with.

Or he just abandoned us. >:(

I found out his shirt size through a mutual friend about 2 weeks ago, so I could send him one. But I haven't actually spoken to him in about a month or so I guess.

Don't worry. Jiro may be gone, but I know for a fact that he trained a mongoose to carry on his online persona after him. The poor animal is probably just having trouble with the power cord.

Well I've seen him active on Facebook and the like, but why isn't he here? He was still on holidays when he went AWOL...
I'll see what I can find out and I'll do what I can!
