I love it, it turns bland food into a tasty firestorm that burn my taste buds into cinders. Do you allow your tongue to immerse itself in the fiery goodness that is Sriracha? If not, tell me what kind of sauce is your favorite!
I like most things that are "spicy." I used to eat habanero raw :D

It is a great hot sauce, but I don't like to use all that much of it. I prefer a balance of heat and taste than the raging firestorm some people enjoy.
It's amazing.
One New Year's Eve I was dared to eat an entire spoonful of it, and did so. With no drink. (I love hot food.)
Then another girl was like, "Oh so what, I can do that too!" At first she was like, "Hm, that's not bad." Five minutes later she was physically crying.
