The plural of deer is deer. :colbert:
I know, but wouldn't fit theme. :doublecolbert:
Where i used to live deer were everywhere
Theyd cut me off on hikes, theyd come into my yard... I saw them so much i reacted to them with as much surprise as say a squirrel.
WHAT HAVE I DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE?!
A deer crept up on me in my backyard once when I was unloading my car from a stay out of town. I turned around, screamed like a girl, and dropped my duffel bag. Then it ran off into the woods. They taste great too.
I like deers too, their like the majestic leaders of the forest. At least, that's what I'm getting from the first picture Reno posted.

Just look at it. You can tell s**t is about to go down when you see them approaching you.
Yeah, venison meat is pretty smurfing amazing.
Many people I know have had several pretty tight run-ins with deer while driving. I'm fortunate enough to have only had one time when I nearly hit one as it came smurfing bounding out in front of my car. My immediate reaction was to turn the wheel to swerve and then I remembered what I'd been told to just smurfing hit the thing and be done with it. It got out of the road at the last second, thankfully. I cursed at it afterward.
Deer are pretty cute, though.
I really want to eat a deer sometime. I'd also like to actually kill the deer I eat. Preferably not by hitting it with the car though.
There's actually quite a few deer that live nearby at various times during the year. I was walking to the bus stop one morning in the fall and they were all just standing in a small empty lot that I walk through, with one of them waiting to cross the path I was using while the others stood on the other side waiting for it to cross. None of them seemed to know what to do with a human coming so me and the deer waiting to cross just eyed each other as I kept walking. I think he knew who was boss. Weird thing was the woods were a good distance away from here, so they were just wandering around some subdivisions basically.
Good advice for when a deer (or anything smaller really) runs in front of you. Never try it in Moose country though.
My uncle killed the first deer I ever ate. He hung it from our smurfing carport by it's smurfing antlers. As a small child, I can tell you that it was horrifying.
I thought I was pretty much alone here regarding my love for venison. Alongside wild boar, venison is such delicious meat. I could eat it every day.
smurfING JAVELINAS ABSOLUTELY NOT
There are deers around, so I usually come across a few while driving around. I once caught a glimpse of a deer that crossed the street, and there was some person trying to help it get back into the woods, since the woods were on the other side of the road.
I fed one a strawberry once. It was adorable. :kaoclove:

nothing can stop a bear.
deer are the stupidest animals to ever live
it always amuses me when i'm with someone who isn't from the country like me and we see a deer and they're like "OHEMGEE LOOK AT THE DEER!!!!!". because i see about 12 deer per day. and they're all smurfing idiots.
kinda cute tho
