Her facial reactions looks kind of strange, considering she's being FREAKIN' STABBED!
It needs more blood, really, the whole scene right up to where Cloud drowns her, since I doubt she dies instantaneously, it's not like it went through her neck :p And I suppose showing her to the side of the battlefield when you're fighting Jenova would have been a nice addition too :p
