Of course, it also took around three years for eest to actually earn the RM title by running the EoFF Elections. xD Posting is not a reason to be RM'ed. If that were the case, Peegee would be heading for the title. ;P

for the record, I earned the RM title back in october of 2001, but they didn't exist yet, and then I left before the title was invented.
