Hmm, can't say... There are too many characters to pick from. But I can say that FF9 was amusing in general.
Well a lot of ff characters,but zidane and steiner especially entertained me a lot.

YRP. As someone said, it's funny how the first two act all free-spirted, dizty, and crazy, while the last of the girls are just always scolding them off, and being cold to them.
Steiner, Zidane, Irvine....I actually think Squall's pretty funny, even though he doesn't try to be. Zell, too, I guess.

Funniest? I think it's Gogo.
The one who managed to make me laugh the most was; Bartz...mainly because he's such a wimp :)
And Quina for...well...Quina, do I really need to spell it out single handedly...Barret for being so "brotherly"....Steiner for being...well Steiner.
Quina , she/he didn´t make laugh , she/he kill me of laugh :lol:, all that yummie yummie think, and the fact that she/he was in the adventure to find new things to eat !, I´ve never seen in any FF a character with no serious point , she/he is the winner.
i think cid and barret from ff7 are really funny
