Best Summon ever

Hiya all.Whats is everyones fav summon.Can be any.Mine is Definatly Alexander from FF7.Post in your fav

The best summon is Anima. He does the most damage. I like water and lightning summons though, so Leviathan and Ixion are my favorites, I guess. I never really liked Ramuh. Too bad he's become Shiva's and Ifrit's answer for a lightning summon.

Ramuh, Quezicotl, and Ixion are my immediate favorites (the whole lightning thing and all :D). Also, Bahamut is awesome! Anima doesn't do the most damage, necessarily (not for me anyway, freakin' BS with the remake with extra crap and...dangit, now you done ticked me off again :p).

Hmmm...Bahamut, fer sure, Phoenix is cool, especially in FF9, ummm...I liked Magus Sisters, and Machina Maw (I'm sure it counts as a summon of sorts...)ummmm....head...hurts...too...many...good.....summons.....*head explodes*

I agree...Bahamut's summon was the best (in all FFs), mainly because he was so arrogant when he was summoned and made a big show of coming out..and he could do some serious damage too.

Anima was okay too...if you like the darkness of her.

I'm probably the only person in the world who hates Bahamut.

I find him so boring. All he is is a damn dragon. I've never been impressed by dragons. They're just so overused. And now they're supposedly adding him in as the strongest monster in Chains of Promathia. Ugh. Bahamut has never been the strongest monster in anything. I'm tired of him.

I like original ideas as far as summons go. Hades is my favorite. Anima is great too. I would have liked Eden if I had known wtf he was. Ark was pretty ridiculous, but I liked him a bit.

5. alexander -ff7/9 even though you cant summon him in 9, he is still an eidolon.

My Top Three

1. Atomos [FFIX]

2. Sylphs [FFV]

3. Carbuncle [FFVIII]

It's hard to choose, msot of them are all so damn cool. You can't leave out classics like Shiva, Ifrit, or Ramuh. Leviathan and Bahamut both are incredibly awesome. In FF8 i found Cerberus to be completely awesome as well. Alexander has always been cool, and I always though Fenrir was awesome. Anyways, im going nowhere with this so I will just end it now.

Mine's Leviathan, shortly followed by Carbuncle. And the Mist Dragon from FFIV.

Sin's the strongest summon in FF.
Anima's Oblivion is very creepy.

I like the idea behind Anima, the whole philosophy that went into her... Very interesting... Although I'd have to say the best summon ever was Yojimbo... Maybe...
