Does anyone know anything about the actual plot of Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus? (ie, before or after FFVII? what other characters are involved? what IS IT ALL ABOUT???)
Sorry, it's just that it's all very vague so far, all I know is that it's about Vincent... and, well... that's it apart from some screenshots

It takes place roughly 2 years after FF7 Advent Children (as I have heard) There will be some characters that return I suppose, other than that, I have no clue what to expect.
I thought it was 1 yeaer before Advent Children, shows what I know. Cait Sith is also in it.
I saw a screenshot of Cait Sith, and another one showing a psychotic-looking girl hooked up to some wierd headgear...
Thing is, the Cait Sith pic looked as if it was the player controlling Cait, so my guess is that the game might not be solely about Vincent, just that he was the first character to appear in screenshots of the game.

It's supposed to be his life story, 1 Year after Advent Children, mabye Cat Seith is part of his life story, all we can really do is wait for now.
well Reeve was alos a member of shinra and may have used cait sith when vincent was with the turks
He was too young. Reeve was about the same age as Sephiroth who wasnt born at the time. He wasnt much younfer or older and he hadnt spent most of his life in the caith sith toy.
errrrrr Reeve controlled Cait Sith from Shinra HQ in the game he had to go into suspended sleep to switch back between bodies so Cait Sith was just a robot who could be controlled in every way by Reeve only but if this does reflect on the past of Vincent it may have references to the present and he could run into cait sith
He wasnt controlling Caith Sith when he was phoetus. umm Im willing to bet.
Reeve never reveals his age
You dont need a specific age. Hed need to have been as old as hojo during the present in the game to be that high up in shinra and using the cait sith toy. You can see pretty clearly from his character. He wasnt.

Speaking of Reeve, I was looking at the screenshots from Dirge of Cerberus, and in one of them Vincent says a fragment of a sentence in Japanese. It said something to the effect of "The place where I had an appointment with Reeve..."
