Buck up, buy a PS2 and play the game.
Well the kingdomhearts version of Aerith might have never died.......
Cloud definitely doesn't think Aerith is dead.. that's for sure...
...Square sure doesn't have a problem bringing people back to life, that's for sure.

But Auron is in the Hades, so it kinda more like he switch Underworlds, from Farplane to Hades.
The Kingdom Hearts storyline doesnt have anything to do with any of the FF storylines. So anything that happened in the FF didnt happen in Kingdom Hearts
Ya, KH is independent from Final Fantasy, Cloud obviously didnt think aerith was dead, he was trying to find her sence they had been seperated by the heartless attack.
*Siiiiiiiiigh* I swear, we have to have at least one of these every few months at the most...
The Kingdom Hearts universe is COMPLETELY different from the Final Fantasy universe. All of the people in Kingdom Hearts grew up under different circumstances. Obviously, Aerith wasn't killed at any point.
Besides, just look at the other characters. Tidus as a kid in the Destiny Islands, growing up with Wakka, Selphie, Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Not to mention that Selphie's a kid while Squall's a couple years older.

Stay Essential

I'm just waiting to see how Cloud will react to seeing Tifa in KHII (yes theres a few sites who say they've translated articles saying shes in it)
I LOVE Tifa
i think kh is based before some of the ff games, becaus in his screan shots, auron looks a lot younger. And think about tidus, wakka, and selphie.
