I've always liked the sound of the Fire Sword in FFI, Ice Brand in FFII, and the little noise Hummingways and Moogles make in FFIV and FFIX. :)

the old Bio Spell sound and the casting sound from FFI. Classic Victory sound byte is also instawin.

Third place goes to...oh god, it was one of the attacks in Final Fantasy Tactics. It was something like "Weaaaauuuuuh!!"
I suck at onomatopoeia. But I think it was Grand Cross, or some other big powerful spell. I'll have to go check sometime later.
