How susceptible to cuteness are you? What do you find cute? How do you feel about the changing role of cuteness in Western (and Chinese/Japanese/Korean) society? Finally, if you'd like, give an example of something that you find cute.
Cuteness (especially that of cats) is one of my greatest weaknesses. It can easily bring me to my knees.

I don't think I'm very susceptible to cuteness, but I do find animals in a state of surprise, shock or extreme happiness or anger to be very cute. I also like weird baby animals, like octopi or squid. They're so tiny. I don't really care how cuteness is changing in my culture.

Baby animals, mostly, are cute.
I don't think that baby humans are particularly cute all the time though, like many baby animals are.
And in some hopeless cases, like with Naked Molerats, or rats in general, I guess, and also flies (baby flies are maggots... not too cute) there isn't much you can do to avoid calling is gross and disgusting instead of cute...
That little octopus may be the cutest thing I've seen in... a week. <3
Owls are cute.
Nah, I am not fond of Human babies, but pupies and dogies those I adore.

I'm pretty suceptible to cuteness primarily from baby animals. However, baby humans are so of the most hideous things in the world imo. *hides from Miriel*

Amusing, but unclever, is what I describe as cute. With such a perspective as that, it is easy not to go to pieces over something cute and let it occupy much time in my mind.

Pengies, turtles, fish, lobsters, squids, hermit crabs, lady bugs, snails, Spongebob, the color pink and green, tiny monkeys, birds and bringing horror to my boyfriend's face are all super cute. :jess:

Whenever I see something ridiculous cute (usually furry animal related) I can't help but smile, squish my head into my shoulders and go "Eeeeeeeee!" along with other high pitched crazy sounds.

I have a huge big great wuv for cute things. What do I find cuuute....
- animals obviously..baby animals but especially pandas, polar bears, lion cubs, other members of the cat family. Kitten and puppies..sometimes, depends on the breed. Some of them look weird :p I'm not a big dog fan but the occasional dog will get to me, like Bob a little dog at a place we work. He is SO SMALL XD ohohoh RATS! one of the best animals ever.
- Japanese animaaation. Anime like Ichigo Mashimaro/Strawberry Marshmallow, Gravitation and some other stuff though I haven't watched much anime. Sanrio...Hello Kitty, Panda-Z..the weird random stuff like the cat toast and dog chair?? >_> I don't know if this is all japanese but you know.

- Music. Bands like the boy least likely to make the cutest music. The big doggy playing the drum at their show was one of the cutest things I've ever seen. Cute music to me is about cute happy songs, hand clapping, jingly instruments, whistling and cute voices. I find a lot of swedish music especially cute.

- Boyseseses. Well specifically Kwissy, he has big kawaii eyes and he is SOCUTE. Boys are a good cute because they can be cute and also sexy which = perfect combination. :D He draws the cutest pictures too andandand says cute stuff and he is perfectly cuteness n__n
Socks, shoes, bags, pyjamas, Umm, I could go on forever with stuff that's cute to me, because I kinda base my life around cute XDD Cute to me is happy, fun, and just.. I dunno, cute stuff just makes me happy and so I surround myself with it! n__n
PS. I don't find babies cute, I find them ugly and weird looking. Perhaps this shall change one day XD

Oh hell yes they are. Seals and otters. How dare they have such adorable faces. A couple years ago when I was in Florida...I think? I think it was Florida. There were seals in this one pool and we went to go feed them, and one of them would come a little out of the water and wave with his little paw thing. *melt*
