Okay, I'm doing another psychology experiment and I need to take a survey but I don't know how much good it's gonna do but I guess it's worth a try, right?

Sluggish...just pretty blank, really.

1. How do you generally feel when you wake up in the morning?
If at my normal weekday time (6:30), it's my least favorite time of the day. I feel lethargic and somewhat depressed.

2. How do you feel when you're sleep deprived?
Basically #1 to an exaggerated extent in the morning, then either a distinct lack of energy or a tendency to bounce back and forth between excitement and laziness during the day.

3. How do you feel when you've overslept?
A little bit as though I've wasted some time, but otherwise very calm and content. It's like my little time of cat-like nirvana. That's if I don't have something pressing to do that day, of course. If I woke up later than planned and am in danger of missing an appointment, a horrible sense of dread is added to my normal #1 feelings.

4. Do you have any mood disorders?
Not that I'm aware of.

1. How do you generally feel when you wake up in the morning?
Gross; I usually wake up with aching bones & sore muscles. I guess I need to eat more fruit, or whatever.

2. How do you feel when you're sleep deprived?
Occasionally, this sleep deprivation can make me pretty twisted. My brain seems to contort, and I may feel like I am far from being myself. It is not uncommon for me to regret things I do while I am deprived of sleep.

3. How do you feel when you've overslept?
Foul & groggy, for a while. I seem to recover quite quickly, which is pleasing.

4. Do you have any mood disorders?
Yes.

Tired because I'm forced to get up at the same time every morning. I never get "enough" sleep.

2. How do you feel when you're sleep deprived?
Pissed off and tired. :(

Great until I look at the clock and figure out I'm already 30 minutes late for school.

Probably. No doctor has diagnosed any yet.

I feel like killing myself. My body hurts like I have gas all over, my eyes hurt, sometimes I'm nauseous.

Tired and cranky.

If I wake up before 8 a.m. I'm not bad. Usually okay if I just get up and get into the day.

Really weird. My eyes hurt and my brain doesn't really seem to function all that well. I feel like I'm not really me, but I'm sort of watching me.

3. How do you feel when you've overslept?
Terrible. I get a headache and I'm foggy till sometime in the afternoon. I try to never oversleep. I also never take any daytime naps for the same reason.

Crabby, irritable, and tired. Apparently having low blood pressure can affect this.

I'm rather use to it since I'm an insomniac, so I usually don't feel to many effects. I really start noticing it until I'm physically exhausted to the point its hard to operate or think straight.

Not Much Different really. I bit crankier than normal when I wake up, and lasts a bit longer, but generally fine.

Annoyed that I'm awake, unless It's a good day (christmas and such) that i wanna be awake for.

Sleepy and sluggish. No real emotion at all.

Upset (or sometimes panicky if I've something to do that day).

On a college day, I feel like I want to stay in bed forever. On a free day, I feel I have to get up to make the most of the day. Either way, I feel sleepy/tired.

Like I'm going insane

Sleepy and confused as to why I'm still tired.

I'm a teenager.

Arroasted, cause this means that my day is all gone.

Neutral - not particularly good, but also not quite bad

Having severe insomnia for a number of years - normal. Being dizzy and/or fatigued and having difficulty focusing or understanding seemingly simple ideas has become normal to me. I believe I have adapted enough to function in society, but sometimes, the detriments are all too noticeable and impede my abilities.

3. How do you feel when you've overslept?
I don't, so I am unable to answer this question.

2. Normal. I only average 4-5 hours of sleep a night, which is considered sleep deprived.
3. I take oversleeping as meaning sleeping for many many hours. Usually groggy, and wishing I could just sleep the rest of the day. Once I fully wake up I feel fine.

I don't feel any different then I would with a full nights sleep.
