I don't believe in luck because, like fate, it means I do not control my life. I don't like that idea.
Life's what you make out of it. As much as you have luck you will have misfortune also, it just depends on your subjective take on to the situation at hand.
I would have to say I'm very lucky.:)

My friends often believe me to be lucky however I strongly disagree for several obvious reasons in my past. Still I'd say a 5 for every time I have been unlucky something lucky has happened to me too.

I don't believe that luck can be held accountable for anything that happens. There's either an underlying cause for said event, or said event cannot physically occur.

There is no such thing as luck.
"Luck" is directly related to the amount of work one puts in. Because I work very hard, I would often classify myself on a 10 Luck scale. I am extremely lucky. But I also work incredibly hard.
However, things are 7ish for me because many of my targets are simply too challenging for the amount of work I can afford to put into them, and so, until I manage my time better, or, maybe, until I can rejuvinate my finances a little, my luck will be running up a taller hill.
Pretty good, all things considered. I could be MUCH worse off.

That is simply the workings of life, events happening. Luck is based on a totally subjective interpretations of events. An example could be that perhaps that you broke your leg, bad luck, right? But war breaks out and all able males are forced into military service, yet you cannot serve due to your broken leg. Some would consider that good luck. As event change so can a perspective. And I'm pretty lucky, considering the circumstances beyond my control. I.e. I have a caring family, they're in a pretty good finacial situation, I didn't turn out retarded or anything and am actually decently smart, I'm happy for the most part with how I look, and umm... I just rock, okay. ^_^

My answer? I don't believe in luck as a discrete actor, just a way of describing something positive or negative which happens outside of one's control. So, I'm really not able to give a score, because I'm not going to tally up the events of my entire life which have occurred because of something I can't do anything about and see what comes out.
