Of all the artwork that you have produced this very well may be my favorite.
The watch, and the celtic runes are very nice touches, which serve only to accentuate your greatness.
Beautiful. I love the shading and all the little touches: the breaking pieces of the mask, the pentagram, the collar. Sometimes black and white can be so much more striking than a color image.
I'd really love to see what you could do with a stylized version of Black Waltz #3 from IX. ;)

That's really good, Black Orb. I especially love the detail on the cloak. I do, indeed, recall most of your old art. Especially your Black Mage. I've always thought the mask was a nice touch, and I still share that sentiment.
Which reminds me, will your old site ever return? I used to love to look through all of your pieces, way back when.

Good peice of work I like the drawing it is eccentric and has a paranormal look to it.
I agree with Ashley about the paranormal look. It's something I couldn't put my finger on before she said it.
I love everything you do, which you probably already know. I love the juxtaposition of the expressive mask and the blank Black Mage face. It's creepy.
Also, I'm very impressed with the level of detail you've been able to accomplish using ink. From what I'm told, it's a much harder medium to perform small detail work with. Great work!

I used black ink for this one too..
The runes on his wrist piece and shoulders rock. In addition I'm quite fond of the blade design. Keep up the great work, looking forward to seeing it colored.

The black-and-white version of the Black Mage is great. The mask looks good, and the character reminds me of a scarecrow or something. :) The lack of colors also makes the picture more fascinating. While the color version is also well done, it loses some of the charm the black-and-white version had. The Fighter looks good too. The sky and the dragon in the background are well done there.
