It didn't work with this video, but I've seen it before in an email that was doing the rounds a few years ago, and the pinwheel thing was much larger then. It's awesome.

I tried it when the video was good quality and it didn't work, then I tried it again and it still won't work. :( Maybe I need the real thing in front of me.
