i shower once or twice a day.
With the weather here the way it is, theres no need for more than once a day. So once a day for me.

i have a shower normally every wednesday and sunday...but i have had..hm, quite a few within the past week...

I shower every two days in winter and every day in the summer, it's pretty hot here in the summer, you can fry an egg on a rock with the heat of the sun, kewl.

Once a day, though sometimes I skip a Saturday or a Sunday. I'd say 6 a week is the norm. Unless I've been doing tons of work out in the heat, or something, I never feel grody enough to warrant more than one shower in a day.
*nods* It's what I do too. Washing your hair everyday is like washing out the oils you need that build up over time. So every other day is healthy for your hair. Atleast that's what my hair person said, though it varies on the person.Quote:

Once a day. Sometimes twice, if I feel particularly grubby, and occasionally (increasingly rarely) I miss a day on the weekends. So it all balances.
Once a day after I get up. I will shower a second time depending on my mood.

When you take a bath, you don't wash your hair in the process too?
Anyway, I take one cold shower in the morning everyday.
