that's a tough one.
for now i'll go with Garland. big part of the series, and his theme song in IX made him real bossed-up. I like the reference they gave him in XII. He deserved it.

Well, my fav by faaaaaar is Sephiroth then comes Vivi(that little guy is awesome), Auron(do I have to say why?), Yuna(sweet, caring, humble), Cloud(from FF7:AC) and maybe Squall because we have many similarities.
