I'll go with Wakka. The rest suck IMO
Setzer's the best here and one of the few that can actually be considered a gambler.

Wakka doesn't even gamble. How is he a gambler? Setzer is by far the best choice.
Selphie's the best character on that list (IMO:D ) but she uses a different type of "Slots" than the others, so I chose Setzer. The true Gambler.
Setzer is the only correct answer on that list. He's the only true gambler and the best character of them all.
Setzer's the only real gambler up there. Do any of the other choices have a casino on thier airship? And none of them come close to Setzer's awesomenessity.

Well, duhhh, Setzer's the only renowned gambler, the others have slots.
Anyhow, considering I ain't played FF6 yet, I voted for Selphie.

Wakka cause 12x 99999 is a whole lot. That and I never use Setzer, Cait Sith, Silphie, or the rest.
would've voted for Cait Sith but I see him more as a Manipulator (Toysaurus to be fancy).
Definately Setzer. Easily one of my favorite and most utilized characters in FFVI. He can use some pretty great daggers, but giving him dice and darts, offering, genji gloves, it's truly a sight to see. i wish someone would make a gif of that.
Setzer by far. I hated Cait Sith. I was glad to see him die in the Temple of the Ancients and throroughly pissed when I saw him come back. The only time I have him in my party is that part in Junon where you're required to do so.
And Lady Luck's only decent options were Two Dice and Four Dice, which you should learn first if you're going to have her in your party.
