The town where the Grantier Resort Hotel is located on Hyda IV. I don't like the heat, but there's plenty of stuff to do inside the hotel.

probably a city that is in an MMORPG. they are usually big like a metropolis and i know i would choose a booming place to call my abode.

I certainly prefer Wales as it is presented in the Shadow Hearts games to the Wales I actually live in. Much nicer music in the fictional portrayal.
I also have to agree with Proxy on Juno, which is far and away my favourite city from Ragnarok Online. The music, the city itself and even the path to it seem so very epic when you're a lowly Mage desperately trying to get job levels to become a Wizard, so you can actually walk to the city and deal with the enemies as opposed to walking there. Lovely.
Vane from Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete is another lovely floating magic city I wouldn't mind living in. Probably before it comes into contact with the Grindery, mind.
Zanarkand or Zanarkand destroyed from FFX. And I would like livin' in Midgar too.
