Wow a very very hard decision to choose from. Itachi with his swift ability and Sharingan while Cloud with his strong moves and nice attacks. I will have to think about this one.

Anyone who knows information about both characters would know Itachi would win. Cloud can't do anything against the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Mangekyou sharingin is line of sight so it could be avioded just by looking at the feet as planed by guy-sensai
but on the otherside if it connects with how baddly cloud would take it itachi could possible rewrite cloud... make him his bitch but thats for the yaoi fanfictions

as for the fighting aspect is figure that id be a toss up

Itachi has more stamina. I mean in one day he dispelled Kuranai's genjutsu, used Tsukiyomi twice (Kakashi and Sasuke), used Amataratsu, traveled the distance between the two towns.

Cloud and Kisame have simalar fighting styles. Itachi probably learned something watching Kisame.

I have to give the fight to Itachi.

Anyway, Itachi is related to Sasuke, Sasuke is associated to Naruto, so due to the transitive property, Itachi fails. So Cloud wins.

Itachi uses Tsukuyomi. Cloud sees Aerith killed by Sephiroth repetedly for 72 hours. Cloud cannot move. Itachi attacks Cloud. Cloud dies.
