How did it come to this?
But really. Summer is almost over, I start Football practice tomorrow morning, and I start my Sophomore year on the 28th.
Is there anything you're worrying about in this dreadfully hot month we call "August", or is there something you didn't finish over the summer that you wish you could redo?
My university term doesn't start until October 1st. Two more months of pure lazing about. Ahhhhh :strut:

On August 23rd I have to go to my school and get my English Literature GCSE result. I did it a year early, as Im an English nerd quite frankly. I have tonnns of coursework to do this month!
I only go back to school like September 5th.
Summer never really started in the UK though, eh? :p

I only dread August because it means before too long there will be snow. Snow is the sky spitting on you. Goddamn you snow.
Yeah my only august stress issue was moving in to my new place, but that went over well! Now I'm just going to sit back, try to find me a job and wait for school to start! :D

I start teaching 6th grade at the end of the month. I'm a wee nervous.
Azar cancelled our hot threesome and I haven't forgiven him for that.
Also stu convinced me not to go on a road trip with him ANYWHERE 'lol gas will be expensive'

I've got 3 weeks off the start of September hopefully weather permitting I'll spend some of that in Cornwall since my original plans have been blown outta the water.
i hate summer so i cant wait for it to be over and for winter come in and turn everything cold. i need my snowboarding.
I need to finish my summer reading before September starts.
I have an AP art project and a bunch of sketches due for AP Art by September, I still have 3 more books to read for Summer Reading out of 5 for AP English, and I'm nervous that my schedule of requested classes will be messed up.
I'm also nervous about my road test in September. Terrified, actually.
I wish I could have hung out with my friends more, since they're all like leaving for college this month. But there's still a few more weeks to make an effort...go on a roadtrip with one of my friends soon.
I didn't have a summer vacation. And next week I have to pass the CBEST so I can start subbing in the Fall.

Uh, I have registration for school. Not till the end of the month though, and school starts September 4th. 2 days after my birthday.
I start school in a week!=O
I guess I should start my summer reading...
I had planned to finish up more of these games I had never beaten. And these books I hadn't read.
I haven't done too well on either.
Oh well, back to college on the 21st for me. Last semester! Finally! :cool:
Early September for me, I'm actually sort of looking forward to it. ;)
I am quite satisfied with the events this summer. I've had more rest than ever. I'm looking forward to school and my two free periods for my first semester. I don't know when my first day of classes is. It's probably the 4th of September.
The end of July is the beginning of summer for me, so summer isn't over until September when I go back to college. :jess:

You should be. Most sixth graders are assholes and pompous...They think that since they're in middle school now, (Where I live, 6th grade is your first year in middle school) they can blow anybody off...filthy creatures. Tell them I said that. ;)Quote:

I start year 11 when I go back September 5th. My final year at high school~
