If I miss Leno it's 'cause I'm not at home but I'm normally always home for Conan so Conan would be the winner.
[Edit] I mean that I watch Leno then Conan, but as for the person I like best, it's conan, hence I do my best to not miss him!

I'd say Leno. I've never gotten the appeal of Conan. I've tried to get into his show and watched many episodes. Yet, everytime the audience laughs, I like "what?". It seems like the majority of his jokes involve stating something that is silly, laugh about it so people know he thinks it's silly and then wait for people to laugh with him. His interviews are also rarely interesting, even though he often has interesting guests. Letterman is just ridiculously childish and dull. His personal anecdotes involving his children can't be considered funny by anyone and his top 10 lists and all those things are all just lame. Letterman is an ok interviewer though, I'll give him that.

I only watch Leno for the headlines and the occasional interview, and the few times I've watched Letterman he's seemed really obnoxious. I actually find Conan pretty funny, but usually by the time his show comes on I'm too sleepy to watch :p
I'm trying to "get" Conan, but I can't and it's really bothering me. Could someone give an example of something funny that has happened in his show? Cause I don't really know what to look for, but there has to be something there.
I'm not really a talk show guy, but I think Conan will do fine in Jay's spot when he retires in 2009. I can't wait to see who they choose to take Conan's spot. I heard Demetri Martin was a name mentioned and if that happened I would hit my head on the ceiling leaping for joy.
Conan is definitely the best. The only one worth watching. Leno is stale and Letterman is a dick.
Conan is definitely the funniest out of those three. He's awesome. Letterman usually gets some pretty interesting guests both for interviews and music, though. But, but, but... Conan all the way.

Jay Leno is not really funny, but is not bad either. Still, ugh.

Conan has got the be the least funny late night talk show host I have ever seen. His comedy is so bland and stupid, that it's painful to watch. Leno for me.
