If I'm in a rush or in a lazy mood, I use the Arabic numerals. Otherwise, I like using the Roman numerals. For some reason, to me it makes the Final Fantasy game seem more prestigious than another sequel game with an Arabic numeral in its title :p
I'm always going to use Roman numerals, Arabic is for n00bs.
Arabic FTW!
Roman FTW * 2 !!
I go with what's on the game cover. And usually, that's Roman, so that is what is correct.
The correct way.
I go for the Roman numerals, I always opt for the more pretentious option. Plus it looks cooler. Mind you, FFVIII is a real pain to write always that way.
Well, I go for roman numerals since that is what is on the case. Lol
And, a lot of games now seem to have roman numerals on the sequels. Guitar Heroes for example.
I prefer Arabic on the eighth day of the week
I use arabic for quick posts on the forum and roman for the long, detailed, sometimes essay-like posts that I make to piss off fanboys that insist on putting parts of their post in l33t.
i usually go with roman numerals but if im typing quickly i use arabic.
I prefer the Roman way of doing it.. It looks cooler
Roman is for full-writes: Final Fantasy I, II, etc.
Arabic is for shorthand: FF3, FF4, etc.
It all depends on my laziness.
Roman, most of the time. If I use Arabic, it's either because I'm really tired or writing to someone I know doesn't have a clue about Roman numerals.
ff1 ff2 ff3 ff4 ff5 ff6 ff7 ffviii ffix ffx ffx-2 ff11 ff12
Roman here as well.
Final Fantasy Wan: The Plague
Final Fantasy Tu: Goodbye Moon
Final Fantasy Thrie: Number 3
Final Fantasy Phor: The Thief
Final Fantasy Vyve: Are We Alive?
Final Fantasy Zyx: Zhel Yen Xuan
Final Fantasy Zephen: Whatever That Means
Final Fantasy Ate: Devour...
Final Fantasy Nein: No! Not Another One!
Final Fantasy Ten: Number 10
Final Fantasy Tentu: Sure, Why Not
Final Fantasy Elven: Ooooh, Elves
Final Fantasy Tuelve: Moon Over Elves
Final Fantasy Thurtien: Yeah
Regular numbers are fine...if you're a simpleton. :smash:
I used to use the Roman numerals for full-writes (Final Fantasy VII, for example) and the Arabic numerals for shorthand (FF7, for example), but nowadays I just use the Roman numerals. FFX was shorter to type than FF10, and FFX-2 looks a lot better than FF10-2, so I decided to use Roman numerals for all the FF games for the sake of consistency. :)
I use the roman numerals most of the time, but sometimes I will just use numbers instead.
i use Roman numerals to show some respect. but i can use Arabic if i just wanted to be a little lazy.
The last one you've got in your little poll there sure is funny 'n all, except since you're stating it as a title, it's also the proper way to do it.
I tend to use Roman numerals most of the time, but sometimes I think that lots of Roman numerals make my posts a bit laborious to read so I'll mix it up a bit sometimes. Outside of long posts, I tend to nearly always use Roman numerals because they're used on the case and I like them.
Roman numerals. I really don't like putting Arabic numerals in my typing, and, when I do, I usually wind up typing them out. Yeah, I know, I'm screwy.
The one exception is FFX-2, which I will use an Arabic numeral for.
Roman. It's how I'm used to seeing it written.
