Hypothetically speaking EoFF is making a new rank of selected members who will volunteer their online time to assisst and encourage newer members in a varity of ways. There are only 20 positions available and you think you have what it takes.

Dedication knowledge of the rules and ability to be nice to new members.

What kind of duties do you think an EoFF Mentor should do?
Teach new members about the rules and ensure that they have an enjoyable and rule break free time.

Why would you make a good EoFF Mentor?

I am very active and have read the faq thouroughly. I am not over pushy and am in the general age group that most new members are in. I would pour dedication to the new job and would wear the title proudly.

Who other than yourself would make a model EoFF Mentor and why?

Nice members who do not break rules on purpose.

What kind of perk or repayment would you expect from EoFF for your time and contribution?

Maybe a title under my name but apart from that nothing it would be my decision wether i am up to it ,which i believe i am and do not require anything.
plus i would work very hard i love this forum and new members are a vital part to its success

What would you do as a Mentor to win the next Ciddies Best Mentor Award

constantly try and make sure that all of the people i mentor have a good time and do not break rules.

if necessery i would stay on for hours on end if other mentors where not available and i would treat all the people i mentor well and with respect.

That would be what the application would look like. :)

Boredom, good grammar, no lifelots of spare time on your hands, being an oldbie, a good sense of humor and the ability to play a good game of Tic Tac Toe.

Delousing, breaking down a members sanity to prepare them to post in General Chat, knowledge of Final Fantasy, the ability to answer a mentees PM quickly and with a witty edge that is both informative and helpful. Oh also to be a good role model?

I was just about to apply, then I realised that I do not have what it takes, and my attempt would be useless. :(

I wasn't applying, i just wanted to suggest Mentors should be able to beat Yams at Tic Tac Toe...

I'm far too sarcastic, pessimistic, and self-loathing to be a good mentor.

I think mentoring is no less than CK work.
I mean, my mentor seemed to handle it faily well, especially given what he had to work with. :lol:

Well, they should be active, of course! They should be around enough to actually know about this place and its rules. A good mentor should be patient and polite with peoples, too.

What kind of duties do you think an EoFF Mentor should do?
Just help out newbies when they need them, correct them when they're doing something against the rules, maybe introduce them to some other members.

I would be a great mentor because I LOVE new members and I am very patient and polite, both good qualities that I mentioned before :p

Also, I've got a lot of free time, even with school XD
