If by Shinra you're talking about Rufus, then I think Rufus is going to win. Sephiroth would lose because Cloud would interrupt the battle and beat him, and don't we all know how Rufus owned Jenova in AC: (AC Spoilers)he put Jenova's head in a box, went to the top of a very tall building, got up from his wheel chair and tossed the box out, or should I say, out of the window.
