Tarutaru look awesome in every single piece, so I will select all of them. :D

Blu has some awesome AF I must say, comes close to Drg.
I don't know about best, but whoever designed the ToAU AFs went waay overboard on the exotic look. COR is the better one, but the other two are completely atrocious.
Dragoon, Corsair and Redmage.

I think the White Mage AF is the best one, but in terms of what looks the coolest I'd go with DRG or PLD. I like the shiny. Also, anything looks good on a taru. Especially the BST AF on a Taru. Dang, that's cute.
SMN has the ugliest AF.
