I've got an eyepatch that I got from a garage sale a couple months ago, and I told my choir teacher to look up some pirate-y songs. I'm going to try finding some batteries and play Seemann (Seaman/Sailor) and Reise, Reise (Arise, Arise) during lunch =D

Everybody's already talking like a pirate on the forum here... Talk Like a Pirate Day is September 19; I don't know where everybody in this thread lives, but it technically doesn't start for another four and a half hours in my time zone. I'll start talking like a pirate then ^_^

Haha, so I had a teacher that would give extra credit to the kids if they dressed as pirates. SO i took a picture of it and am going to use it for my high school newspaper.
Lolz, my school's principal told me I'd get a detention if I wore my eye patch tomorrow. An idea crossed my mind to take a knife and put a nice gash over my eye, and threaten to sue after she told me to take it off again. It's amazing how far I may be willing to go, just to do things in spite of some people >=)
This thread had the chance of being epic and you all failed :(
