For me it's between Rufus and Tseng. I chose Tseng.
Reno, always has been my favorite Turk, i personaly don't consider Vincent an option for this poll, as he is a "Former Turk"...
Hojo is the most maniacal, which is the whole point of being a bad guy.
Reno was cool to for me, but i liked them all, they all had their own evilness and comedy too them:)
Reno pretty much wins this.
Though Palmer is right up there for getting hit by a truck out of nowhere in someone's back garden.
After Advent Children it would be Rufus because of his need for redemption. Although thanks for reminding me of the Plamer incindent.

I'm gonna go crazy and say Scarlet. She has a bitchy name and a bitchy slap. She deserved to rule the world.
While Reno is fairly awesome, Rude owns all.
Palmer is clearly the best character in the game, so this was easy.

Elena :love:. Earnest, awkward, and kind of a screw-up, at least in the beginning. We're so alike :exdee:
It's impossible to pick only one...Even the minor characters were very well written.
Scarlet. For some reason I just like the way she laughs.. she seems like a genuine bitch, which is good for villains.
Rufus certainly,(SPOILER) I love the cutsceen where he just stands there as Emerald Weapon (I think) has all those blasts flying past, then he gets... kinda unlucky.
Tough choice between Palmer and Reno. I've always liked Reno for some reason, but wasn't so keen on how he appeared in Advent Children. So Palmer it is, because, put simply, he was great.
Rufus. He didn't mess about with giant robots (Heidegger), reactor draining laser cannons (Scarlet), cattle-prods (Reno) or uber Mako exposure (Hojo). He just stood there, shotgun in hand, as he shrugged off a shot from Diamond Weapon. 1337.
Rude. I like bald heads. *Rubs for luck*

It's either gotta be Rufus, Hojo, Scarlett or Reno&Rude (as a duo).
Tseng never appeared that much, Eleana&Heidigger were a bit annoying (no offense) Scarlett was actually a pretty friggin awesome villan (her being the reason Barret has his gun arm), same with Hojo (SPOILER)(him being the reason Aeris' father and Mother died (she was on the run from him), plus giving birth to the son that killed her. Reeve was okay. Palmer is a HUGE lol, I don't count Vincent or Lucrecia, seeing as they aren't current members of Shinra.
Reno&Rude were easygoing people who were still pretty good at their job. Rufus was pretty diabolical with his views on government, and he had such a way to go... I can't decide between the five of them. [Rufus, Hojo, Scarlett or Reno&Rude (as a duo)]
I would've voted Vincent but in my book he's not part of the Shinra so I voted Reno :D
