How many of you skip breakfast on a regular basis?
I can't bring myself to eat anything first thing in the morning. My stomach just wouldn't be able to handle it.

I usually have an apple or yogurt during my commute. That's all my stomach can take, but I usually feel better during first through third period if I've eaten at least that little something.
I love breakfast but I hardly ever eat it. It's just usually not the thing I focus on first when I wake up, I guess.
I never skip breakfast, it's just usually that I have to eat it at lunchtime. During breaks anyways.
I only eat breakfast on weekends when I wake up later. Early in the morning my stomach is not up to its digesting duties. I'll usually have a banana or something later on.
I just had cereal. :) I usually don't have breakfast because I don't have time in the morning.
I usually skip breakfast seeing that I wake up late. And I'll forget to eat it on the weekdays, but weekends I eat it right away.
I almost never eat breakfast, just beacause...well I don't know usually I don't really feel like it. I'm too lazy to get out of bed and make something most the time either that or I'm not even hungry.

On school days I usually have a cereal bar on the way to school (my favorite is Honey Nut Cheerios :jess:), but during non-school days I usually wake up in time to have lunch, so I just have that.
I prefer to dip into my lunchbox for one sandwich at the first sign of hunger.

Only every weekend. Sometimes, I skip lunch because I wake up too late, as well.

I do it a lot in the weekends mainly because I don't seem to be hungry for some unknown reason.. Other than that, not really. I like me breakfast :)

I must have my cereal every morning. Breakfast is the most important thing after family!
I never miss breakfast, the most important meal of the day as it starts your metabolism off,as its lay inactive(mostly) while you sleep and the most important ingredient is protein!! As after such a long time sleeping your in a anti-catibolic state!!Lovvveeee breakfast:D [[and eating in general]]

I haven't missed breakfast is my whole life! :D I Love it! And I eat soooo much at breakfast. Its kind of like my supper, honestly. I usually have two bowls of cereal, a piece of toast then like a banana or yogurt or something :p

I'm just not that hungry in the mornings.
I eat breakfast about two hours after waking up — maybe somewhere around 7:45 A.M. or so.

on topic: my favorite breakfast includes bacon, eggs, and toast to dip in the yolk ^^
well i used to do too but i usually eat a lot during lunch or at the middle of the day.. hehehe it doesn't bothering me anyway so it's ok but some people don't and they really need to eat breakfast before anything else:p
Skipping breakfast is a bitch. I do it all too often and regret it everyday when at 10 something my stomach bugs the :skull::skull::skull::skull: outta me at either work or school. When will I learn? >.<
Usually I would. It depends on whether I have time or not. If I don't, then I'll grab a sandwich later on. It's all good. :)

I rarely have time to make breakfast, since either I woke up after 12:00 or I have no time because I have to get to school. But I usually want breakfast ><
I eat whatever is available AKA leftovers, pop tarts, bread, cereal, milk, fruit etc

I do not eat breakfast, because I would rather sleep than take the time.
The only way you avoid eating breakfast is by eating nothing all day, because breakfast is by definition the first meal of the day :monster:
Okay, so, annoying nitpicking that impresses nobody over.
I normally don't eat anything before 1pm. It's fairly common for me to not eat anything until between 6 and 7pm, when we get 'dinner'.
Every morning. I at least try to eat something small, even if I don't feel hungry, since I know I'll feel horrible later on if I don't.
Left to my own devices, I tend to sleep until noon, so the traditional breakfast isn't an issue. When I actually have to get up before 12, like for school, I generally don't eat for several hours.
I can't go without any of the 3 meals, or else the hunger takes over and I can't think about anything else, I just sit there whining till I get my food :(.
Yeah I'm pretty bad in restaurants...
I try not to eat breakfast if at all possible.
How do you try not to eat breakfast? Does someone throw it at you and you have no choice but to open your mouth and chew or risk getting splattered with bacon and eggs? Maybe you would feel better about it if you ate properly, Pureghetto.
Like, if I oversleep I skip breakfast, but then I'm like absolutely starving in first period and can't concentrate :3
I don't ever eat breakfast I think but then when not working my first job I wake like 10am - 8pm and when working I wake like 5 - 6am so it's either too early or too late for breakfast.
For years and years I could never eat breakfast because I simply wasn't hungry. I'd get hungry about eleven in the morning at morning break in school so I'd have a piece of fruit of something then. Occasionally I'd have a yoghurt or if I knew I had a big day ahead of me (exams, school trip, etc) I'd eat something just to make sure I was at my best.
However from about July onwards in a bid to improve my eating habits a bit, I developed a mild addiction to both crunchy nut cornflakes and thin -sliced toast and started to have one of the two for breakfast on a regular basis (usually the former). However since November I've been back to not really eating breakfast and eating crunchy nut cornflakes if I'm hungry after 9pm.
I don't eat breakfast when I wake up at 7am (for college) because I usually don't have time or my stomach isn't up for it. But over the Christmas holidays I've had breakfast pretty much every day and it has made me feel much better and more awake in the mornings so I think I might try and continue it when I get back to college. :jess:
