I'm so happy that it's spring. I feel so much happier in the spring/summer (as opposed to how depressed I feel during the cold seasons), and I like to go outside and walk around in sundresses and flip flops and big sunglasses, so I'm thinnest in the summer. I like to read outside on my house's deck and warm my little Rye toes~
What is your favorite thing to do during the summer, that you don't/can't do in the winter? :jess:
Swim. I love swimming in my pool and on fresh water beaches. Though not so much on salt water beaches because the salt and the massive waves annoy me.

I really love almost sweating to death every day.
BBQ pls. Basically, anything that involves socialising on beaches or in gardens.
Wish that I could build a snowman.

It was warm for about a week... about in the 50's. Then today it decided to be cold again and theres some small ice bits falling from the sky. I blame the Mississippi... though I suppose back home closer to Lake Michigan wouldn't be any better...if not worse.
I tend to like colder weather a lot more, though after having weeks go by with wind chills well below zero I'm ready for warmer weather.
yeah, it's still winter here xD We only get nice, Summer weather after May. It's still really cold, if not colder!
Its horrible here, dark and raining constantly, so far theres been about 1 or 2 days when its been nice this year:(
I like to be able to just go outside in shorts more often and not have to put on a jacket in spring/summer:)

The grass in my yard is so green that it looks unreal. It's nice to see color again, but I prefer to see snow. :snowman: :snowgirl:

It's cold and depressing here.
Oh my god I'm so freezing right now T____T I'm wearing the thickest robe. So coooold~ I want warm weather.
I was going to correct Zeldy; England possibly has a summer past the end of April however, this summer may not happen or may indeed occur in April like it done so last year :( Generally when asked what clothes to bring on a vacation here I say bring some of everything.
As for summer and what I like about it? EVERYTHING I'm kinda like a lizard I need my summer sun to be active though I dislike my hayfever but thankfully the anti-histamines take care of that. And we've had 1 "warm" day (18 celcius nothing to leap for joy over) this year Zeldy is right about it being COLD here.
Screw summer AND winter. Spring and autumn are the best seasons imo.

It is cold in here today because there is something smelly somewhere in my dorm room and I need to keep the window open.
I cannot wait until summer to start so I can wear shorts and show off my sexy man-legs.

Summer vacation and spending time with friends.
Just being outside without having to put a jacket or something on is extremely lovely. Also, getting warmed by the sun is nice.
I also just dig the overall atmosphere of summer.
I love almost everything about summer. Beer gardens, barbeques, cocktails, water fights, going to the beach and being able to wear dresses without freezing to death. and every four years, the world cup. :heart: The only thing I dislike is hayfever and bugs! I wish it could be summer all year long. :jess:
