Mustache! You can't trust someone with a mustache. Unwashed hair. Eyes that don't blink as often as they should.
Definitely a mustache.
What's wrong with a moustache!? :(
To me, creepy is any guy who smells funny (generally either BO, beer, urine or other similar things) that asks awkward questions or that stares a lot. Even a "good looking" guy can be a creep if he stinks, stares and asks where you're going.
On top of what everyone else said, greasy :3
There's no definite answer. Creepy people present themselves in numerous forms
I generally find that creepy men hang out in specific places. Six Ointment Factories or something.
I'd wager that my doughy work acquaintance is a child molester. He's just downright weird.
Face is a creepy man imo.

Canadians are pretty creepy.
Dear Momiji I hate you more than anything ever.
I think a sign of serious creepy is someone who is too neat in their appearance and too calculating in their social interactions. Those are the serial killers, people.
Patrick Bateman, anyone?
Unibrows are not to be trusted.
When they smell of drink and urine and then follow you to the supermarket and tell you "I want to get to know you" or "What is your name?" repeatedly. :whimper: All what is said above also covers it.
Um
Creepy people give off a scary vibe. People who are too interested in you (like stalkers) are also creepy.
The one that stares at you, in a very weird and annoying way. I know someone here that is like that. When I see him, he seems to be looking at me, quite, weird that it gives me chills and goosebumps
Overly smiley people. I mean I'm a happy person and make an effort to smile at people, but I'm talking about people who walk around smiling all the time and touch you on the shoulder when talking and stuff. I don't like normal physical contact, but couple with Mr. Smiley and downright creepy in my book.
A strawberry nullifies creepiness! If a man who has a big grin, small eyes, a mustache, and smelly hair approached me with a strawberry, I'd just think that he's a cute ol' guy.
I find creepy people to be those whom follow me with a weapon.
Dark hair, steely face, scottish, has a constantly scary expression, and could lie for money.
Ah, looks like I just described Gordon Brown.
What makes someone creepy is not usually in the features (though certain features surely can amplify creepiness), but rather in how they act. Back when I went to Ozz, I would often have creepy, older guys come up to me, rub all over me, and say in a creepy voice, "Hi. You're kind of cute." I'd look them right in the eyes and say, "Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I want to sleep with every creepy guy that approaches me in a bar. Go away." And they usually got the point after that. However, sometimes I'd need help from my friends if they were extra creepy.
So, yeah. Creepy is all in the action.
Rantzien wins this thread! XD Seriously.
Lets not forget creepy women!

MM isn't creepy in the least, especially if you've seen his interviews...he just looks and dresses like he wants more attention than he's due.
By Mike's definition, he's my stalker.
I think that creepiness is pretty subjective, and judging by the responses in this thread, it's close to true.
My mom took the whole family to get our eyes checked. The eye doctor was really creepy. I'm so glad that I could see fine with the glasses I had, my mom let me leave xD
I dunno creepy people just have that vibe coming from them XD
Either bald or
receding hairline with a ponytail at the bottom if his head.
And yeah, mustaches are creepy.
Guys who wear tight stone washed jeans with their shirts tucked into them creep me out.

Anybody I see wearing one of these, for any reason other than just looks.
I think that's about it.
Being taller than me and older by ten or more years is usually more than enough to creep me out.
Extra creepo points if he's trying to flirt with me ><
I wouldnt be creeped out by appereances(exept for maybe gangbangers).. more by how people act.
You could have the sweetest old lady look.. but if she acts creepy.. i would be creeped out.
I had a 34yo english teacher(pretty hot i guess) hit on me on the last day of high school.. so to say.. i was creeped out.. being 16 and all.
my man has a sexy moustache and that's what makes him so sexy.
I'm wearing it and the :skull::skull::skull::skull:s nasty.
Someone with a small head and/or huge eyes. There's this girl I know, my hand can cover her whole face... That's creepy IMO
