I had taco's and a Popsicle actually. The taco's were amazing and the Popsicle was a nice strawberry treat. :)

Rice with anything. I can't survive one day without rice. Its needed by me. I could eat one whole pizza, a bowl of spaghetti or even lasagna but still not feel full.

I eat a ton of different stuff for dinner. Last night I had fettucine with sun dried tomatoes and cream sauce. The night before I had Korean-Chinese fusion food. And the night before that, filet mignon. :) This past weekend was kind of an extraordinary weekend though. Typically, I eat a lot of rice and kimchi, a lot of tofu, lots of spaghetti, tons of shrimp. Just stuff that's easily available in my freezer or pantry. I have a really great and easy recipe for shrimp if anyone wants it.
Once the sun comes out again I'm going to try this fantastic new diet. :up:
