Spoilers are unseeable, unhearable, and unlearnable.
At least, I don't know any sure-fire way of forgetting unless you just wait for yourself to naturally forget it.

hammer to forehead is the only way I can think of. And there's always the chance that when you wake up, that will be the ONLY thing you remember.
Time machine.
trauma is usually a good way to forget things though :p

STOP READING MGS4 THREADS BEFORE YOU'VE PLAYED IT
Also, don't dwell on the spoilers you have heard. Don't keep thinking about them, pondering how it'll affect your experience of it. Concentrate on other things instead, like stuff that's actually important to you at this time. You mightn't forget many of the spoilers, but you'll at least put a few onto your mental back-burner for a time.
why not just hurry up and play the game then xD If you do it while you're drunk or high, you probably won't remember then anyways!
